Flexible and Accessible Therapy Options 🍀

Recognising the diverse needs of families, I offer online therapy sessions accessible to clients across the UK and internationally. This flexibility ensures that, regardless of location, young people can receive the support they need in a comfortable and familiar setting.

Book a free Initial Call

I offer a complimentary 30-minute telephone consultation to all families considering private therapy for their child or teen. During this call, we can discuss your concerns, explore how therapy might help, and answer any questions you may have about the process.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and OCD symptoms

Using ERP, I help young people gradually face their fears while reducing compulsions in a supportive, structured way.Through ACT and CFT, we work on unhooking from intrusive thoughts, while creative tools like storytelling, drawing, and sand tray work offer a safe space to explore their experiences.

Anxiety

Employing ACT and CBT techniques, I assist children and teens in recognizing anxious thoughts, developing healthier thinking patterns, and building confidence in facing uncertainty. Art, play, and mindfulness techniques allow them to externalize worries, making the process more engaging and accessible.

School & Exams Stress

I teach young people strategies based on ACT and CBT to manage academic pressure, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and focus on what’s within their control. Art, visualization, and grounding techniques provide a creative and calming way to manage overwhelm and build resilience.

Low Mood

Through a blend of ACT, CBT, and Behavioral Activation, I support young people in understanding their emotions, taking small but meaningful steps toward re-engagement with life, and developing self-compassion. Creative expression, such as painting or working with clay, can also help them process feelings when words feel difficult.

Identity

Exploring identity can feel overwhelming. In therapy, we create a safe space to discuss and understand aspects of self, including cultural background, gender identity, and personal values. Using ACT and CFT, we focus on building a strong sense of self and fostering self-acceptance.

Confidence & Self-esteem

I use CBT, ACT and compassion-focused approaches to help children and teens challenge negative self-beliefs, recognise their strengths, and build a more positive self-view. Play-based and creative exercises, such as role-play and storytelling, allow them to express emotions and develop confidence in social situations.
